Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) Case Manager

We have a fulltime opening for an IDDT Case Manager.  This position will provide services to individuals who have co-occurring severe mental illness and substance use disorders. The IDDT philosophy is that recovery occurs within the context of daily living.

The primary service goal is to interrupt the cycle of relapsing mental illness that can result in frequent hospitalizations, episodic or continuous substance abuse, homelessness and difficulties within the legal system. Evidenced Based Practices such as Illness Management and Recovery (IMR) and Supported Employment are expected treatments.  Service provision will be tailored to individual patient need and may include but not be limited to individual and group treatment tools such as Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Medication Supports, Family Supports, and Crisis Intervention Services.

Training for this position is slated for December, 2017.

A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or other related field is required.  At least two years of experience working with people diagnosed with co-occurring severe mental illness and substance use disorders is required. Candidate must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, be able to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
