Computer Support Technician

Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children. Founded in 1850, Child and Family Services an independent/private nonprofit is the oldest children's charitable organization in New Hampshire.


The Computer Support Tech will be responsible for providing the first level of support for staff as well as assisting in the management of the agency’s hardware and software needs related to network and end users. Responsibilities include providing in person and phone support to employees, maintaining system backups, setting up and configurations of computer systems and phones as well as handling the addition and removal of staff on the Active Directory domain. May occasionally assist in after hours support of IT services as needed.    This is a part time position with flexible hours working 20-25 hours per week in our Manchester, NH location. Requirements:

One years experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory and network printers required as well as previous experience providing a consistent high level of telephone support for users and end user training on advanced issues.  Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network or Cisco Unified Communication Manager a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multi task and work with little supervision.
