Enfield Shaker Museum is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational institution dedicated to interpreting and preserving the complex history of the Enfield Shaker Village. The mission of the Enfield Shaker Museum is to protect, enhance, and utilize its historical structures, landscape and Shaker cultural heritage.

Put your skills to work in a unique and historical setting!

This is a 24 to 30-hour per week position supporting day-to day office and retail operations. If you are motivated, creative and outgoing, this is the position for you. You’ll work behind the scenes with a unified team doing administrative work supporting our Executive Director, Education Programming, Events and Gift Shop operations.


Work experience required: administrative, retail and managerial; thorough command of MS Office and Point-of-Sale; proficiency with QuickBooks and FileMaker Pro a plus; internet and social media capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and attention to detail; and good project management and process improvement skills.
