Come join our talented Community-Based Services team!

We are seeking a full-time Manager of Community Connections to provide program management and oversight for a group of clients in an adult day program with varying and individualized needs, many of which having behavioral implications.

This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (or related field); 3 years’ experience in the field of human services (developmental services preferred). One year management experience required (including hiring, training, and supervising staff) or on-the-job management training. Experience working with people who have behavioral and/or forensic/high risk challenges and a valid driver’s license also required.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Hire, train and supervise all program staff
• Assess and match staff with clients resulting in high quality of service delivery
• Coordinate staff scheduling for program coverage and training
• Coordinate and implement weekly schedules and meaningful program activities for clients
• Ensure program operations/budgets are in compliance with state, federal and Agency regulations/policies
• Develop and write measurable and achievable day services goals for client
