 Our Youth Transitional Services program serves a broad population of youth including those with disabilities and at risk youth. We have an immediate need for a Youth Support Specialist. In this dynamic role you will work 1:1 with adolescents in a community based setting providing coaching on adult daily living skills, employment skills, continuing education and social health and wellness. Youth Support Specialists within the Youth Transitional Services program also facilitate and transport clients to activities that help them in achieving their goals. This position requires travel throughout the greater Manchester / Nashua area as well as travel to western NH and the Seacoast.

 Full time positions offer benefits, including medical, dental, matching retirement, life insurance, potential for tuition reimbursement, a comprehensive paid orientation program as well as ongoing professional development with substantial room for growth within a nation wide human services agency. Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, and two years of work experience (BA / AS preferred) and be at least 18 years of age. This position will require a commitment to providing high quality services to individuals with disabilities in community and school settings. The successful candidate must also hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
