If you are a self-motivated, fun, friendly and upbeat person, come join our dedicated professional team and help to promote, market and grow our office.  Harbor Care Health and Wellness Clinic is seeking a Dental Treatment/Patient Coordinator. 

In this diverse position you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, notifying staff of patient arrivals and informing patients of any delays; reviewing appropriate policies and forms with new and existing patients; explaining and advising about treatment options to patients; providing payment plans for patients, checking their insurance benefits and collecting payments; and resolving patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.  You will also be responsible for answering phones and responding to inquiries; scheduling and confirming appointments; and emailing relevant paperwork to patients and responding to emails received.

Must have at least one year of Dental Assistant experience along with CPR certification and current Infection Control certification.  Attention to detail and excellent communication skills a must!
