Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children. Founded in 1850, Child and Family Services an independent/private nonprofit is the oldest children's charitable organization in New Hampshire.

The Program Coordinator’s responsibilities include administrative and clinical oversight of the statewide CFS child welfare programs. Responsibilities include assigning cases to staff overseeing casework and therapeutic components of the programs as well as clinical supervision, training, reviewing treatment plans and other required documentations. You will also be responsible for ensuring staff compliance with agency and state program regulations pertaining to record keeping, report writing and statistical reporting. As the Program Coordinator you will attend provider meetings and work in collaboration with DJJS/DCYF. Additional responsibilities include working to ensure staff adheres to the required data entry protocols, recruit, hire, train and evaluate program staff.

 This position will be based out of Manchester, NH. This is a 30-40 hour benefit eligible position offering a flexible schedule, ample paid time off as well as a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical, dental, group life and long term disability insurance, and flexible-spending accounts.


Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field as well as a minimum of two years supervisory experience working with families and adolescents, prior casework experience required. Licensed candidates preferred. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads. The coordinator will need to be available as necessary for home and community based treatment meetings as convenient for the child, family and foster family. The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.  Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets company standards.
