Master Level - Clinical Case Manager

Position Summary:

Master’s level clinician to provide office-based and community treatment to adults ages 18 and older. Duties include individual therapy , targeted case management, and may also include Functional Support Services in the community.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Individuals must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities and to possess the necessary physical requirements, with or without the aid of mechanical devices to safely perform the essential functions of the job:


• Knowledge of psychosis and major mood disorders, knowledge of and experience in applying CBT strategies (particularly in the area of CBT for psychosis)

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as IMR, DBT, and CPT.

• Good communication skills

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Good attention to detail in writing.



Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field


Open to providing training; experience working with adults and/or people with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.


LICSW or LCMHC preferred or the candidate should be license-eligible.

Job Type: Full-time


Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide office-based individual therapy, targeted case management services, as well as occasional Functional Support services in the community. Other duties include:

• Development of individual service plans and quarterly reviews

• Collaboration with outside providers including primary care physicians, guardians, and/or family members

• Other documentation requirements
