Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children. Founded in 1850, Child and Family Services an independent/private nonprofit is the oldest children's charitable organization in New Hampshire.


The Speech and Language Pathologist will provide professional services in our Early Supports and Services (ESS) program, which works with young children with developmental delays, and their families.  Services will be provided in family homes throughout the Seacoast area. This is a part time (25 hours) position with flexible hours. Child and Family Services is an equal opportunity employer offering a flexible work environment with ample paid time off.

Requirements:

Valid NH SLP license required.  Responsibilities include collecting client information and working with client and family to set and obtain goals in collaboration with the physician and health care team. Including providing assessments and client care plans. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, both verbal and written as well as having the ability to work independently and the ability to complete paperwork timely and effectively. Experience with young children or in early intervention preferred.  Qualified candidates will need to be detail oriented, organized, be able to work individually as well as part of a team. The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.  Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets company standards.
