Clinical Caseworker in Day Treatment Case Worker

The clinical caseworker will work with the program manager to develop and facilitate individual assessments and clinical intervention for program participants ages 12-21. Interventions include individual, group and family therapy.  The clinical caseworker will work as part of the Day Treatment Team and be responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic environment that is strengths based and promotes positive youth development.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work or related fields, and at least two years of direct work experience assisting children and families or a BS degree in related field and at least 5 years directly related experience with high risk youth.  Minimum experience of 2 years in adolescent social or clinical services, including awareness of substance use disorders and community resources a plus. Candidates must be responsible, dependable, be able to work independently and be an efficient time manager. Candidates must also be able to complete required documents in a timely manner. Working knowledge of computers required. The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.  Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets company standards.
