We are currently seeking positive, upbeat, outgoing candidates for the position of Supported Employment Specialist (SES). As an SES, you will make a difference each day helping clients to live full lives, by coordinating activities and opportunities to advance employment and personal development. In this role, you will learn to develop and maintain employer relations, conduct career planning activities, develop vocational profiles, and facilitate job matches.  Our ideal candidate is creative, possesses strong organizational skills, and is a skilled relationship builder with an awesome interpersonal style.

This 40-hours/week position offers a starting pay rate of $14.43 per hour and includes a generous benefit package featuring paid time off, health, dental, life and disability insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for growth within the agency.


A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with communications, journalism, business, sales, or customer service is helpful.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.

All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
