If so, we would like to invite you to join or child program. This part time opportunity is open at our Lebanon, NH office.

West Central Behavioral Health is looking to hire a part-time child clinician in our Lebanon, NH office. West Central is the nonprofit community mental health care provider for Sullivan County and the Upper Valley, ensuring access to advanced counseling, treatment, and support for people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

As a clinician on our Child Team, you will be a member of a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements:

•Master's Degree in human services or mental health discipline
•Eligibility for licensure by the State of New Hampshire helpful
•3-5 years' experience in mental health, preferably in crisis, but will consider training the right person

Responsibilities:

•Work with individuals to promote optimum mental health.
•Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans and goals.
•Counsel clients and work closely with families and schools.
•Support family members to assist them in understanding, and helping clients.
•Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge.
•Regularly attend and participate in Team and Staff meetings. Function as a treatment team member and contribute to team and site program decision-making.
•Assist clients to gain insight, define goals, and plan action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
