Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties

Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is a non-profit organizaiton dedicated to helping meet the needs of individuals, families and elderly statewide and in particular Merrimack and Belknap Counties. 


Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director.  This individual is the Chief Executive Officer of this non-profit, social service agency that provides programs and services to individuals, children and families in Belknap and Merrimack Counties in the state of New Hampshire.  The Executive Director is responsible for the oversight, planning and management of all Agency functions.  Key responsibilities of this position include: developing and assuring compliance of an ongoing and long-term strategic plan to meet the mission of the Agency; supervising all program directors and senior administrative staff; overseeing the development and administration of all Agency personnel functions, including the employee benefits program; ensuring that the Agency and its subsidiaries are in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements from a programmatic and financial perspective; maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of significant developments in the field; and developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with community groups, funding sources and state, local and federal officials.  The Executive Director is directly responsible to the Board of Directors of Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc.
