Licensed Speech Language Pathologist and Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our growing team in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire at Spaulding Youth Center, a leading provider of educational, residential, therapeutic and foster care programs and services for children and youth with autism, neurological, and/or behavioral challenges ages 6 to 21.  The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct services, consultation, supervision, and support to a diverse group of students.  This individual will implement and document the services as outlined in the IEP of each student, addressing the needs of students, their families and any impact the students speech and language disability has on his/her ability to derive educational benefit; maintain records to comply with specified standards; and participate in intra- and interdisciplinary training and meetings.  This expert will be working closely with our Speech and Language Assistant.  Services provided would range from assessment to treatment and include an exciting variety of individual and group modalities. Master's degree and must have or be eligible for New Hampshire State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.  

The Speech Language Pathology Assistant will work under the direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist assisting with generation of low tech materials and programming of assistive communication devices and high tech visual supports for students with diverse communication needs.  Efficient time management skills to work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, and effectively document services provided.  Experience with Board Maker software and high tech communication software is preferred however, training will be provided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.  Associate's or higher degree in speech-language pathology, communication sciences and disorders or communication disorders, and be certified or eligible to be certified as a Speech-Language Assistant.
