Clinical Supervisor – Behavioral Health Adult Services

In order to do that we need employees who want to be proud of the work they do every day. 

Clinical Supervisors for out Adult Services department oversee an established and talented multidisciplinary team of behavioral health providers. Duties include clinical and administrative supervision and oversight, clinical care coordination, case assignment, staff training, quality review, collaboration with agency and community collaterals, and providing psychotherapy for a small group of clients.


This is 40-hours/week position offers an annualized compensation starting at $45,000 as well as a generous benefit package to staff including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.


A Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field and three years clinical experience is required. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Candidate must be licensed or license-eligible by the NH Board of Mental Health Practice. Supervisory experience is preferred.


As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.


All candidates must pass a background check which includes criminal and driving records.
