Currently Community Partners has immediate openings for Therapists in both our Behavioral Health and Developmental Services divisions:


Adult Services – As an Adult Services Therapist for our Behavioral Health division, you will provide rehabilitative and clinical services for clients in our Adult Services Program. A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field is required. NH Board of Mental Health Practice License is preferred as well as experience with adults with mental health issues and their families.


Community Outreach Therapist (COT)As a COT for our Behavioral Health division, you will provide therapeutic services to children, youth and their families in client homes and the community. The young people we serve range in age from 3-21. COTs handle intake and diagnosis, provide psychotherapy to children and adolescents and their families, collaborate with team members and community providers, and complete clinical documentation. Our Youth & Family Services department uses a systemic, family focused approach to treatment. A Master’s degree and license (or eligible to work towards licensure) as a LMFT, LICSW or LCMHC in New Hampshire plus a minimum of one year of direct service work with children with behavioral and/or emotional difficulties is required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening hours is also required.


Developmental Services As a Therapist for our Developmental Services division, you will perform therapeutic interviews and intake assessments; provide full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including therapy and crisis stabilization for established caseload; and provide behavioral assessments and develop interventions. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required. A current license in MFT, CMHC or LICSW preferred. If not currently licensed, must obtain NH licensure within two years of employment.


Youth & Family Services (YFS) As a YFS Therapist in our Behavioral Health division, you will provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents and families in office and school based settings using a family-centered approach to treatment. A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field is required. A minimum of one year’s experience working with children and families with behavioral and/or emotional challenges is required. NH Board of Mental Health Practice License or licensed eligible is preferred. This position requires flexible hours, including some evening hours.


These 40-hours/week positions offer salary ranges starting at $40,000/year (without license) and generous benefit packages to staff including paid time off, health and dental insurance, retirement planning and opportunities for growth within the agency.


As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.
