Day Treatment Caseworker needed in Concord, NH.

The Caseworker, as part of the Day Treatment team, is responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic environment that is strength-based and promotes positive youth development. Responsibilities include facilitating program meetings, community service activities, recreational & independent living activities, as well as clinical groups and behavior management programs.  The Caseworker will drive agency vans or private vehicles to provide transportation for program clients.  Other skills needed are a intermediate level knowledge of computers, the ability to complete paperwork timely and effectively, with strong written and verbal communication skills. The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background check and a motor vehicle record check.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license & auto insurance which meet agency standards. BA degree required plus 2 years related work experience, Master’s preferred. Previous experience working with youth and families involved in child welfare and juvenile justice systems a preferred. Afternoon and evenings required. (Hours are typically Noon to 7pm.)
