The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester provides a wide range of mental health services to individuals and families. Residential specialists are tasked with providing supports around daily living and mental health management in a 24/7, community-based residence. Staff works to increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, helps with symptom management, and maintains a clean and safe environment for the residents. Residential specialists work closely with the treatment team and community agencies to provide wrap-around supports for all individuals. We strive to provide effective, evidence-based practices. Included in the position is day-to-day household management and transportation of residents to and from appointments, shopping, extra-curricular activities, etc. Requires the ability to form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide interventions, and take initiative.  Requires a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with liability coverage.  Bachelor’s Degree required.
