Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavioral Psychologist to join our team in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire. This exciting opportunity involves working with an interdisciplinary team across both residential and day school settings. Students and residents present with a variety of emotional and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include full clinical oversight of a client caseload as well as playing an integral role in outlining Spaulding Youth Center’s behavioral services structure and provision, now and into the future. This position has a wide sphere of influence on campus, interacting with each of the programs and most staff within those departments.

Requirements:

BCBA or Doctoral Level Psychologist with demonstrated advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis with at least 3 years of experience working with a diverse client caseload, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Emotional and Behavioral Disorders. Experience in a variety of settings preferred: school, residential, hospital, outpatient clinic, in-home.

Ideal candidate will have: Excellent people skills and have the ability to successfully train and lead team members with various areas of expertise; Solid knowledge of the principles and practice of Applied Behavior Analysis, including, but not limited to general behavioral assessment and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis; Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others; Effective written and verbal communication skills and is an effective and creative negotiator and problem solver.
