Dental Biller needed to play an integral part in our continually evolving and exciting state of the art clinic.

Are you a reliable and up-beat team player with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task?  If yes, come join our enthusiastic and supportive team which specializes in Adult and Pediatric dental care. 

Duties to include but not limited to:

Account Maintenance-

  • Setting up patient records for collections and payments
  • Sending electronic and paper claims
  • Adjusting ledger as needed
  • Following up on outstanding claims
  • Sending patient statement
  • Submitting Prior Authorization to insurance on case by case basis
  • Posting insurance and patient payments
  • Resolving insurance denials via appeal or by calling the payer
  • Producing and reconciling daily and monthly reports
  • Obtaining benefits for commercial payers
  • Verifying Medicaid patient’s insurance eligibility
  • Reporting on Monthly transactions
  • Reporting and maintaining UDS data
  • Performing limited software table set up

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years dental billing and collection experience required
  • Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft experience necessary
