Vice President of Hospice Services

New Hampshire’s largest home health and hospice provider, Concord Regional VNA, has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced healthcare professional to join our senior management team and provide leadership for a dedicated and talented Hospice team. We work collaboratively with Capital Region Health Care and other community providers to provide high quality, innovative care to patients. 

Our longtime not-for-profit, community-based agency offers Home Care, Hospice, and Community Support Services to people of all ages in 40 communities in the capital area of central New Hampshire, not far from the Lakes Region, White Mountains, and Seacoast areas.


The Vice President of Hospice Services oversees the day-to-day operational management of the Hospice Program including Hospice House operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision and coordination of all aspects of the Hospice Program.
  • Provide leadership and operational support for the Capital Region Health Care  Palliative Care program.
  • Oversight of clinical and fiscal operations including process and personnel management and achieving financial goals
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve the delivery of services and increase awareness within the program and community
  • Provides supervision to the Hospice Management team and providers. 
  • Participates in education of the community and healthcare providers on palliative and end-of-life care.

The qualified candidate will be a healthcare professional with a Master's degree in Social Work or Nursing, licensed to practice in New Hampshire with 7-10 years of progressive management experience including 5-7 years in a healthcare environment, hospice experience preferred. MSN, MBA or MHA is preferred.
