Coordinator - Somersworth Ready Together, Early Childhood Coalition

United Way of the Greater Seacoast

United Way of the Greater Seacoast brings our communities together to help improve people’s lives and strengthen the neighborhoods in our region.

Why United Way?
We all want to have the greatest possible impact on our community and the issues that we care about. Join the movement. Through United Way, you unite your hopes and strengths with others to accomplish more than any of us can alone.

We unite people to create change that lasts: We call it harnessing the power of people working together. And that means everyone – individuals, nonprofits, companies, and government agencies.

We work every day to achieve our vision and mission by focusing on the three core building blocks of a strong, vibrant community: ensuring that all families have the resources and opportunities to lift themselves out of poverty; preparing children to enter school ready to learn and succeed; and inspiring and supporting youth to stay in school and realize positive options for the future.

The mission of “Somersworth Ready Together” is to improve early childhood development, ensure language development, and support family engagement to promote school readiness for all children to succeed.
