Child Clinician (Level II)

West Central Behavioral Health is searching for the right clinical professional to join our children's program in Lebanon, NH. West Central is the nonprofit community mental health care provider for Sullivan County and the Upper Valley. With a focus on providing quality care, we ensure access to advanced counseling, treatment, and support for people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay.

As a Child Therapist - Clinician you will provide office-based therapy as a member of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Your primary clients will be the families and children living in the Upper Valley area.

Requirements:

Requirements:
•Master's Degree in human services or mental health discipline
•Eligibility for licensure by the State of New Hampshire preferred
•3-5 years' experience in mental health, preferably working closely with children of various ages

This position qualifies for the State of New Hampshire Loan Repayment Program (SLRP)

•Work with children and families to promote optimum mental health
•Collaborate with other team members in the development of effective treatment plans and goals.
•Counsel clients individually and in group sessions.
•Function as a treatment team member and contribute to both team and program decision-making.
•Assist clients to gain insight, define goals, and plan action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
