New Hampshire Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NHSPCA) is looking for a smart, organized, and self-motivated Campaign Manager who can lead the organization’s multi-million-dollar capital campaign. As part of the NHSPCA, you will work with an energetic and motivated executive and volunteer team. You will directly impact NHSPCA’s goal to enhance and expand its facilities to serve better the community as it needs change.

The Campaign Manager will execute the remaining 18 to 24 months of the fundraising campaign.  Working closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Development & Marketing, the Campaign Manager will implement and manage the campaign from the launch of the Leadership and Major Gifts phase through campaign completion. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for meeting fundraising goals on timeline while ensuring positive stakeholder engagement. The individual will establish solicitation priorities, manage prospect lists and research, develop and executing targeted cultivation plans and solicitation strategies, and prepare and provide support to staff, Board members, and volunteers. NHSPCA is seeking an innovative and creative thinker, who will adhere to best fundraising practices, be excited to develop campaign materials, oversee campaign communications, and leverage volunteers’ skills.   


• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with nonprofit institutions, and ideally with managing successful capital campaigns
• Strong experience supporting volunteers and organizational leaders
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, and making good decisions about how his or her time is allocated
• Capable of adapting style and content based on volunteer preferences
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on campaign/organization needs
