Medical Billing Assistant for Early Supports and Services Program –Full time (Exeter, NH) Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children has the following opening. 

The chosen candidate will also be required to submit to a criminal background and motor vehicle record check. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance that meets company standards. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, organized and effective in verbal and written communication with intermediate computer skills. Associates degree in accounting or business preferred with 2 years prior work experience in Medical Billing, administrative assistant or accounting experience helpful. Experience with insurance & medical billing and record keeping a plus.

Responsibilities:

Medical Billing Assistant is needed full time to coordinate and process Early Supports and Services referrals including intake, assessment and documentation for families of children from birth to three years throughout Rockingham County. Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate billing records, weekly insurance billing, a variety of data entry including Medisoft . In addition to intakes the Assistant will provide administrative support to regional programs as needed.
